Client Coordination with Trusted Surveying Professionals
At Flettons Group LLC, we operate as a digital-first coordination platform — designed to streamline the property surveying process across multiple regions while ensuring professional standards and regulatory clarity.
1. Client Enquiry & Quote
Clients submit property details through our secure online form. Instant digital quotes are generated based on standard property metrics, with further review if a bespoke assessment is required (e.g. larger or non-standard buildings).
2. Digital Instruction & Terms
Once a client confirms, they are guided through a streamlined digital instruction process. This includes:
- Online acceptance of Terms of Engagement
- Confirmation of service scope and fees
- Secure payment via encrypted checkout
For UK services, Terms of Engagement are issued on behalf of the RICS-regulated surveying firm delivering the work.
3. Surveyor Allocation
We allocate the instruction to an approved surveying professional based on:
- Property type and location
- Service level (Level 2, Level 3, etc.)
- Surveyor availability and coverage area
In the UK, services are delivered by independent, RICS-regulated providers. In the Middle East, qualified and licensed professionals operate under local regulatory standards.
4. Service Delivery
The assigned surveyor liaises with agents or property access contacts to schedule the inspection. All client updates are automated through our platform. Once completed:
- A digital report is issued
- Any add-on services (e.g. drone photos, reinstatement cost) are included
- Clients may request clarifications or follow-up via email
5. Aftercare & Follow-up
Clients can access post-survey support and clarification through our support team. We also manage all formal complaints or resolution processes, either directly or in accordance with the relevant surveying partner’s procedures.
