Clients may be provided with email links, platform tools, or confirmation messages that enable them to:

  • Confirm or request changes to their property information
  • Access Terms of Engagement issued at the time of booking
  • Contact our client services team regarding administrative matters

4. Communications and Record Keeping

All communications initiated through Flettons Group LLC, including digital quote forms, confirmations, and payment receipts, are retained in our system for service continuity and legal compliance. Clients are advised to retain their copy of the Terms of Engagement and any final reports issued.
